Each candidate is assessed against the key competencies that relate to the role profile to ensure your get the best quality talent for your team.

 

The assessment tool, comprising 14 lead competencies around The Faculty’s “Developing Commercial Leaders” methodology, include six Procurement Fundamental competencies, four Commercial Leadership competencies and four Leadership & Influence competencies. Each competency has three sub-competencies sitting below it, and each candidates receives a score on each lead competency of Awareness, Functioning, Skilled or Mastery.
