As a Talent Consultant in the Interim Contracting Practice, I focus on candidate management and talent pooling for procurement contracting roles. I started my career as a pilot in the United States and India before switching to a career in recruitment upon moving to Australia. Before joining The Source, I worked in a start-up and at IT recruitment agencies. My expertise lies in building and nurturing our procurement talent pool across all stages of the process: Identifying top talent, proactively building a strong talent pool, and building and maintaining relationships with candidates in the pool. I believe in the power of a team-based approach, so I will always treat clients and candidates as part of a team where we work together to get the best result for all. It’s exciting to meet and talk to people coming from different walks of life, and is extremely rewarding to get someone a job.
